The Project Regional Stakeholders' Network, ReSNet was approved for financing within the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance-IPA, component IV., Development of human resources from Grants awarded under “Local Partnerships for Employment – Phase 3”.

The project leading partner was the Istrian Development Agency and the partners were HRAST-development agency of the Vukovar-Srijem County, Croatian Chamber of Commerce - County Chamber in Pula, Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts - Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Istrian County, Croatian Employment Service - branches in Pula, Dubrovnik and Vukovar.

The aims of the project were to contribute to the development of an effective educational system meeting the requirements of the labour market, to create a formal network of key participants on the regional labour market, to produce an analysis of the appropriateness of the educational programmes with respect to the supply and demand on the labour market and to improve the level of skills and knowledge of the unemployed.

The activities of the project were: managing of the project, purchase of equipment, collecting of data to create a methodology that will follow the fluctuations on the labour market, study visit - transfer of experience in the use of the European Social Fund, developing of a methodology for research of demand on the labour market, selection of 45 unemployed persons that will undergo training (15 from the Istrian County, 15 from the Dubrovnik-Neretva County and 15 from the Vukovar-Srijem County), organization and carrying out of trainings, promotion of the project (promotional materials, final conference).

The total value of the project was 131.867,95 €, out of which 75,82 % i. e. 99.983,69 € were co-financed from the EU IPA programme.
