Obavijest o privremenoj nedostupnosti digitalnih usluga IDA-e

Obavještavaju se cijenjeni korisnici usluga Istarske razvojne agencije - IDA d.o.o., kako su zbog kibernetičkog napada na ICT sustav Istarske županije privremeno i dalje nedostupni vezani digitalni servisi IDA-e, točnije fiksna IP telefonija te komunikacija putem e-maila. Mole se korisnici za strpljenje i razumijevanje, dok službe Istarske županije zadužene za navedena pitanja ne osposobe sustav. Od trenutaka od kada je incident otkriven poduzimaju se sve moguće mjere kako bi sustav ponovo bio operativan i osposobljen za korisnike čim prije moguće.

Za sva pitanja djelatnici IDA-e dostupni su u Coworking centru Pula na adresi Marulićeva 5 te na službeni mobitel + 385 99 2280957 radnim danom od 8 do 16 sati.

The valued users of the services of the Istrian Development Agency - IDA Ltd. are informed that due to a cyber attack on the ICT system of the Region of Istria, the related digital services of the IDA, specifically fixed IP telephone and communication via e-mail, are still temporarily unavailable.
Users are asked for patience and understanding, until the services of the Region of Istria in charge of the mentioned issues make the system operational. From the moment the incident was discovered, all possible measures are taken to make the system operational again and ready for users as soon as possible.
